Frequently Asked Questions for Orc Boyz & Orc Arrer Boyz Mob pre-order and a standard bearer for Online Only
What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?
Check whether a store credit was agreed instead of another refund method. Do not submit an unrelated new purchase to test the balance.
What should I review before using loyalty points on a purchase?
Ask about the applicable process before canceling a points-funded order. Do not infer that a pending points adjustment has already completed.
How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?
Avoid publicly sharing a transcript that contains private purchase details. Update your notes when a later message changes the agreed action.
