How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?
Check whether the seller already provides another version of the information. Explain which product option the request concerns.
What should I check if a familiar product has a new name or version?
Compare any stated identifier with the version you previously knew. Likewise, a new name does not automatically indicate an improvement.
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Confirm any minimum purchase requirement before changing your order. If a code is required, check that it has been applied successfully.
